Description

This two-day instructional camp provides athletes ages 13-15 an opportunity to learn and develop their offensive talents in hitting and improve their bat control for situational hitting. Bat speed, exit velocity, and launch angle will be analyzed. This camp is open to any and all entrants.

Format

Hitting stations will provide each camper with the physical repetition to increase their skill level. Classroom work will teach the mental training to become a better offensive player. All stations will have technique and mechanical teaching, along with plenty of repetitions.

Coaches

Campers will learn from Seattle University Head Coach Donny Harrel, his staff, and SU baseball players.

Both days from 12:00pm-2:30pm

Check-In

Check-in will be 15 minutes prior to camp.  Enter through the South Entrance of the Redhawk Center (attached to the small parking lot next to the Seattle University Fitness Center).

Directions: From 1-5, take the James Street exit and head east.  James Street will turn into E. Cherry Street. The Redhawk Center is on the corner of E. Cherry St. and 14^th Ave. Campers can turn on 14^th Avenue and park along Championship Field.
