Description

Campers will meet the coaching staff and review the outline for camp, followed by a brief stretch and catch play session. Position players will participate in pro-style workouts at their desired position. At the conclusion of position player pro-style workout, the pitcher only players will throw bullpens, while position players go through cage sessions. At this time two-way players will also participate in bullpens. This will be followed by live on-field BP, during this time pitcher-only players will participate in a pitchers discussion. Camp is then concluded with a coach pitch scrimmage, followed by a Q & A session with players.

8:20-8:30 Player Q & A with coaching Staff on Simulated Game

 

Space is limited to the first 30 players!

 

Equipment

Players should dress in full practice attire and bring all baseball equipment they would need to compete in a game, and bring own water.

Waiver Information

Each camper attending the Long Beach State Dirtbag Baseball Camp must be covered by his or her parents’ insurance. Any and all medical expenses resulting from injury or illness will be the responsibility of the camper’s private insurance company.
