Welcome to Summer Speed and Agility Training 2017! It is our goal to maximize each athlete’s ability to run faster, jump higher and to improve their foot quickness and agility. By using scientifically proven programs, the athlete’s coordination, flexibility and core strength can also be improved. This training caters to the competitive athlete committed to accomplish his or her individual and team goals. Ongoing seasonal training, speed development and explosiveness are vital to all athlete’s careers and crucial to any team’s success. Enhancing an individual’s speed, in turn enhances overall team speed. The staff is enthusiastically dedicated toward preparing young athletes and teams for their upcoming season(s).

November … 1st, 5th, 8th, 12th, 15th, 19th, 26th, 29th
December … 3rd, 6th, 10th, 13th, 17th
*Make up session on 12/20 for players who miss 10/22 due to Youth Fall League Each session is 60 minutes
Players may attend up to 16 sessions (2 times per week)
Sundays from 8:00am-9:00am
Wednesdays from 5:30pm-6:30pm
Registrants will be contacted prior to the beginning of the program to schedule specific times.
“Speed Never Has A Bad Day”!
The Speed & Agility Baseball training system has been designed to help you maximize your team’s speed. This routine has been successfully implemented with many baseball teams from little league, high school, college and the professional ranks. Our core training philosophies:
Organization – It is vitally important that the workouts be fully organized. Attendees will receive a camp t-shirt
Progression – This training routine is designed to progressively get harder from week to week.
The 2 Golden Rules – There are two rules that should govern much of this training. First, every repetition the athlete performs must be technically correct (even if they have to walk through the motion). Training with an inefficient motion is only going to reinforce the bad habits. Second, every motion must be performed at full speed. You don’t get fast by training slow, so everything must be kicked into high gear.

What if I have to cancel a camp?
We do not offer refunds on cancelled campers, just a future camp credit if you decide to cancel, but we do have what is called “Cancellation Protection”. We offer basic Cancellation Protection to allow participants some peace of mind in case plans change. This allows us to keep our prices low and provide the best service possible. Due at the time of registration, Cancellation Protection entitles you to a full refund of camp fees should you cancel your registration more than 14 days prior to the start of an overnight camp, and 7 days prior to the start of a day camp. If you cancel within 14 or 7 days of the start of your session, we will give you a camp credit for all money paid. The credit is valid for three years from camp date at any of our national locations. Credit with insurance is transferable to family members or friends, and good toward a future camp.
Please check your email regularly as this is our primary way we communicate. Any additional information that we need to convey as the camp draws closer will be passed on to you via the e-mail address that you supplied when you signed up for camp. Please make it a habit to check your e-mail daily, this will eliminate any confusion and or miscommunication.
