Rice Basketball Team Camp
Ages: Varsity and JV HS teams, AAU teams
Location: Tudor Fieldhouse at Rice Campus – Houston, TX
Friday, June 3, 2022 to Sunday, June 5, 2022
Deposit Option: If choosing to pay the $200.00 deposit, be reminded that the remainder of your balance will be due at camp check in.
Our team camp will provide varsity and JV level competition and game experience for high school-level teams to prepare for the upcoming season.

What to bring: Come dressed and ready to play with athletic shorts, basketball shoes, and any other gear each individual player may need in order to play multiple games each day. Water will be available throughout the facility, but players may want to bring a water bottle and/or a sports drink.
Camp Trainer: We have a full-time, certified athletic trainer who will be on-site throughout the entirety of camp. If you have any medical concerns regarding your child, please convey this to the trainer at check-in. Release forms will be sent to the head coach once a team is registered. Each participant must have both release forms signed otherwise they will not be able to play. No exceptions. In the release forms that will be signed, please note that over-the-counter medications may be provided. Should you have any questions about this policy, please speak to our camp trainer at check-in.
Visitation: All family members are welcome to come and observe camp. Signage from the lobby will direct you to seating. If you do attend, please park in West Lot 6 behind Tudor Fieldhouse. Parking will be $5 daily. This will be the cheapest you will find on campus. Campus Map
Camp Schedule: Each team will be guaranteed 5 games. Games will begin on Friday afternoon at approximately 5:00pm. The schedule for Saturday and Sunday will be determined by the number of teams in the team camp, but a schedule of 8:00 AM-10:00 PM on Saturday and 8:00 AM-4:00 PM on Sunday should be anticipated.
Check-in will be located in the front lobby of Tudor Fieldhouse. Each team’s coach must check-in their team before their first game. NO EXCEPTIONS. Each player must have their parent/guardian sign both release forms (Scott Pera Basketball Camps and Rice University). If a player does not have their release forms turned in, then they will not be allowed to compete. In addition, you will need to turn in your team roster form as well as the remaining payment owed.
Meals will not be provided. Concessions will be available for purchase in the main lobby of Tudor Fieldhouse.
Refund Policy $200.00 of total is considered a deposit and is non-refundable. If a team is unable to attend please notify Ryan Kapustka (email@example.com) as soon as possible.
