Waiver Information

Each camper attending the Long Beach State Dirtbag Baseball Camp must be covered by his or her parent’s insurance. Any and all medical expenses resulting from injury or illness will be the responsibility of the camper’s private insurance company. Please print, sign and deliver these documents to the registration check in.  Download Waiver
