Description

We would like to announce that we will be continuing our Junior Dons Winter Skill Development Clinics through January and February. The clinics will start on January 9th and will end on February 15th. For the first 2 weeks, the clinics will be offered Monday through Thursday from 4:00-5:00pm. As we have done in the past, each group will be broken up into age and skill level so that players receive the appropriate instruction at each station. During this clinic, players will work on all aspects of the game, hitting, fielding, pitching, catching and baserunning. The age range for the winter clinics is open from 6u-13u.

Clinic Pricing: $40.00 per day or $280.00 for the entire 8 sessions.

Clinic Dates:  Monday THROUGH Thursday

Week 1: January 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th ….. 4:00pm-5:00pm
Week 2: January 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th … 4:00pm-5:00pm

Our coaching staff is dedicated to the development of your player and his skills. They will receive top rate baseball instruction while being coached through avenues of character. It has been and will always be our goal to provide your children with positive role models, people that they can be proud to look up to.

The clinics will be run by USF Assistant Coach, Aritz Garcia and Director of Operations, Elliott Waterman. Along with Aritz and Elliott, there will be current Dons players and alumni who are continuing to play professionally as part of the coaching staff. View Coaching Staff Here

Equipment
Each camper must bring his own baseball equipment. Players should bring a glove, bat, running shoes or turf shoes, hat, and any other equipment they feel necessary to play. Catchers must bring their own gear.

On an additional note, we have decided to cap each clinic at 25 players. This will allow no more than 5 players at a time to be with each coach. Every player will be given individualized instruction within the smaller groups and will come home each day with a better understanding of the game of baseball.

Check-in

Check-in and check-out will be at the main gate of Benedetti Diamond. Take the path adjacent to Hayes Healy Dorm. The driveway will not have access to the field and should not be used.

Waiver will be filled out at check-in.

Miscellaneous Information

What if I have to cancel a camp?
We do not offer refunds on cancelled campers, just a future camp credit if you decide to cancel, but we do have what is called “Cancellation Protection”. We offer basic Cancellation Protection to allow participants some peace of mind in case plans change. This allows us to keep our prices low and provide the best service possible. Due at the time of registration, Cancellation Protection entitles you to a full refund of camp fees should you cancel your registration more than 14 days prior to the start of an overnight camp, and 7 days prior to the start of a day camp. If you cancel within 14 or 7 days of the start of your session, we will give you a camp credit for all money paid. The credit is valid for three years from camp date at any of our camps. Credit with insurance is transferable to family members or friends, and good toward a future camp.

Please check your email regularly as this is our primary way we communicate. Any additional information that we need to convey as the camp draws closer will be passed on to you via the e-mail address that you supplied when you signed up for camp. Please make it a habit to check your e-mail daily, this will eliminate any confusion and or miscommunication.
