Team Camp registration will take place on July 10 at a location to be announced. As a reminder, WKU is on Central Standard Time. A campus map is available at www.wku.edu/campusmap.php. You will receive an email about 5 days before camp with all of your detailed registration information.
Training facilities include the homes of the Hilltopper Football and Soccer programs – Houchen’s Industries-L.T. Smith Stadium and the cozy 800-seat WKU Soccer Complex. Conveniently located right in the middle of campus, the DSU South Lawn will also be utilized for the camp. Additional facilities across campus may also be utilized, including indoor space in the event of inclement weather.
HSA carefully selects instructors based on their knowledge, expertise, and passion for the game. We have assembled an outstanding staff of college coaches from across the country. Current and former WKU soccer players will serve as assistant coaches, group leaders and mentors. Certified athletic trainers and staff will be available to campers 24 hours a day.
Medical staff will be on hand to care for any situation that might arise during camp. In the event of injury, a Certified Athletic Trainer will assess on-site and determine the appropriate care. If additional care is needed (emergency care, x-ray, etc.), your child will be taken to the nearest facility, and you will be notified as soon as possible.
We offer Cancellation Protection to give participants some peace of mind in case plans change. Due at the time of registration in addition to any deposit, Cancellation Protection covers you for a full refund of your base registration fee should you cancel 10 or more days prior to the start of camp. If you cancel within 10 days, the Cancellation Protection entitles you to a transferable camp credit that is valid for up to 2 years from your original camp date.
We strongly encourage the purchase of Cancellation Protection. If you are NOT covered by our Cancellation Protection, you will incur a processing fee of $100.00. All refunds are processed at the end of the camp season in August.
