This program has been designed to maximize athletic ability, performance, and technique specific to the game of softball and the catching position.

Our philosophy is to provide a program and environment that will facilitate growth and allow each athlete to reach their full potential and highest level of skill and confidence. Our goal is that your performance as a player/catcher will improve mentally, physically, and emotionally. We have developed a systematic approach that will lay the foundation for young catchers, and that will continue to develop and perfect the catching skills of older athletes.
