Description

This prospect camp is limited to 50 players. We are excited for this opportunity to work with players who are currently playing at a high level and looking to play elite softball.  The pitching and catching sessions start prior to the regular position camp, as shown on the schedule. These sessions are limited to 6 pitchers and 6 catchers. Pitchers must provide their own catcher. The catching session is an instructional session and the catchers are not catching the pitchers at this time. 

 

Registration is limited by position. We are taking a maximum of 9 middle infielders (SS/2B), 9 corner players (1B/3B), and 12 outfielders. The maximum is based on your primary position for scrimmaging purposes. You can elect to go to an alternate position for the drill work portion of the camp.

 

Option 1: Elite Prospect Camp (no pitching session)

Choose from Middle Infield, Corner  (9 spots each)  or Outfield (12 spots each)

Cost: $150

Option 2:  Elite Camp + Pitching Session (limit 6 pitchers)

Cost: $180

Pitching session 9:30-11:30am + Camp session from 12:00-5:00pm *

Pitchers must bring their own catcher for the pitching sessions only.

 

Option 3:  Elite Camp + Catching Session (limit 6 catchers)

Cost: $180

Team Discount: $10 off per participant for teams of 8 or more (email Coach Green for code)

Sibling  & CCU Staff Discount: $10 off per participant  (email Coach Green for code)

Participants registered 3 weeks prior to the clinic date will receive a camp t-shirt.

 

*The clinic will run rain or shine, but session times are subject to change in case of inclement weather. 

 

What to Bring:

Each participant should wear their current uniform during the camp.

Each participant should bring a bag lunch each day of the camp.

Pitchers must have their own catcher if they want to throw in the pitching session.

Catchers should bring their own catching gear.

All players should bring a glove, bat, helmet, cleats and sneakers.

We also recommend that players bring their own water bottle.

 

Check-in 

Camp check-in takes place 30 minutes prior to the start of the session.

 

Waiver Information 

Please bring the completed waiver forms to registration check in.  Must bring forms to be able to participate.  Forms will be attached to your receipt.

Meals provided only where noted. Please bring your own bag lunch or snacks where necessary.

There are no accommodations provided for this camp. The Myrtle Beach/Conway area has many hotel options to choose from.

 

Miscellaneous Information

Cancellation/Refund policy: We do not offer refunds for campers who cancel. If you notify us 14 days or more prior to the start of the camp, we will offer a camp credit that is good for one year.
