Description

The Bmore Elite Distance Camp is a unique camp that combines a fun and energetic experience with a serious approach to becoming an elite distance runner.

The camp will consist of numerous activities, a tubing trip down the Gunpowder River, and a wide variety of training sessions at various parks and within the facilities of Johns Hopkins University.

Other sessions will include but are not limited to core training sessions, physiology classes on distance training principles, proper aqua jogging instruction, plyo circuits, weight training for distance runners, as well as a gait analysis by physical therapist Josh Billings.

This Session limited to the first 50 participants!
