Description
Welcome to CBI’s Summer Baseball Camp! Join Coach Kuebler and CBI this summer to learn and practice baseball fundamentals in a fun and structured environment. We keep our camper/staff ratio no more than 7 to 1 in the summer so there are only a limited # of openings. Players will be grouped by age and skill level at all times. Rain washout makeup date will be August 11th.
Cost
$310 Full Day from 9:00am-3:00pm
$215 Half Day from 9:00am-12:30pm
Camp Format
Station work with skill appropriate instruction
Tee work and swing breakdown
Live batting practice
Infield defense drills
Pitching and throwing instruction
Catching instruction
Base Running Instruction
Fun tactical small sided games and competitions
Modified and full game play at the end of each day
Afternoon lunch break will be in shaded area adjacent to baseball field
Instructors
CBI Coaches and Collegiate Baseball players that have played for Kuebler or Heisel.
*CBI Coaches are made up of current high school baseball coaches, professional teachers or professional baseball players with CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
** A certified athletic trainer on site at all times.
**All coaches must undergo and pass SSCI National Background Screening
Equipment
Glove, bat, Helmet, Cap, baseball attire, cleats, sneakers or turfs (if we have to use WA’s school for shelter during unexpected weather.), catchers gear if you want to work on catching, lunch and sport drink/water. Baseball pants are recommended but athletic shorts OK for very hot weather.

Camp Check-in and Pick-up
Players should check in between 8:30am and 9:00am at the baseball field the first day. You will receive a reminder email a few days prior to the camp. Campers will be released to parent or caregiver at the field. If you’d like to arrange pick up at the at the gymnasium, please request this on registration or prior to the start of camp.
Do you have early drop off and late pick up options available? No, unfortunately, due to changes resulting from COVID we are not offering those options for this event.
What if there is an unexpected passing thunder storm during the camp? We will use a designated area in Walsingham Academy’s Upper School as a place of refuge until it passes.
Waiver Information
The release Form will be attached to your e-mail confirmation. It is also available in this camp listing. Please print fill out, sign and deliver this form to the registration check-in on the first day of camp. You will be unable to attend camp without this form. Meals
Please pack a lunch. Snacks and sport drinks will NOT be available for purchase. Lunch specials will not be provided. We WILL supply water at each dugout. Players are encouraged to bring a water bottle that can be refilled if they run out of water.
Merchandise
Camp merchandise and gift certificates will be given away as rewards for positive attitude, improvement, hustle and good sporting behavior.
What if I have to cancel a camp?
We do not offer refunds on canceled campers, just a future camp credit if you decide to cancel, but we do have what is called “Cancellation Protection”. We offer basic Cancellation Protection to allow participants some peace of mind in case plans change. This allows us to keep our prices low and provide the best service possible. Due at the time of registration, Cancellation Protection entitles you to a full refund of camp fees should you cancel your registration more than 14 days prior to the start of an overnight camp, and 7 days prior to the start of a day camp. If you cancel within 14 or 7 days of the start of your session, we will give you a camp credit for all money paid. The credit is valid for three years from camp date at any of our locations. Credit with insurance is transferable to family members or friends, and good toward a future camp.
